Q1:How can i get a sample from you to confirm the quality?
A1:--You can give us exact fabric composition, size chart and detail craft. We will arrange sample per your specification.
-You can send us a sample or your design artwork, we can make a counter sample based on your sample or your design.
Q2: How long is your lead time?
A2:--We can get your order ready within 1-3 days for current design in our store. It will take about 15-30 days for customized orders with different design, quantity and fabric.
Q3: How long is the delivery time?
A3:--Generally, you can get your order in 7-10 days once it is shipped by air. Delivery time will be a little longer if we ship them by sea.
Q4: What is your payment terms?
A4:--Normally, we accept T/T, 30% deposit when order confirmed and 70% against the copy of B/L for FOB orders.
